Bill is responsible for assisting the Commissioners in all aspects of their role in relation to the Civil Service Code. He also supports the Commissioners’ communications strategy. He is the first point of contact for:
- the promotion of the Civil Service Code by departments
- appeals by civil servants under the Civil Service Code
- briefing foreign visitors
- the Commissioners’ annual report
